Problem Statement

How might we effectively address the unique needs of diverse user personas, such as Managers and Analysts, by supporting their decision-making and insight-generation processes through comprehensive performance tracking across local to global business levels?

Goal 1: Simplifying complex data into clear, visually appealing designs.

Goal 2: Catering to the needs of various user groups

Snippets of the Design Process

With the focus on user persona, user flows, style guide and design library, we were able to minimise the time taken for design deliverables, bring consistency in the designs across different tracks and facilitate self-service for the PO team.

Solution 1:
Layered Approach

We designed the site in layers to fulfil the requirements of two different personas, giving 'overview' to the Managers and giving 'in-depth view' to the Analysts.

Solution 2:
Style Guide & Design Library

The style guide helped to bring consistency across the platform. The design library facilitated self-service for the PO team. Using the design library, the PO team was able to easily depict their own vision of the dashboards and explain in to the design and development teams.
